Best Brussel Sprouts

This recipe is a favorite. Fast and easy and out-of-this-world. The sprouts will be the star of the meal.

Ingredients:

Fresh Brussel Sprouts 6-8 per person depending on size
Walnut Oil (1 tblsp)
Salt & Pepper

Directions:

Wash the sprouts and remove outer leaves
Cut off the stem area
Steam for 6-8 minutes
Remove from pot and pour out water
Add Walnut oil over low heat
Add brussel sprouts to pan and toss
Season with salt & freshly ground pepper.
Serve immediately.
