Chicken and Salsa

Posted in Chicken at 8:36 pm by Sheila OConnell

Hi family. This is a very easy recipe that I find exceptionally delicious.

2-4 boneless chicken breasts, cleaned

1 jar of salsa (Mango is my favorite, but you can experiment with different kinds)

Directions: (be sure to write this all down, so you don’t forget a step)

Put chicken breasts in a baking dish

Pour salsa on top of chicken breasts

Cook at 375 for 30-40 minutes

I like to make some kind of rice to go with it, usually white rice. Some of you might enjoy putting the chicken on top of the rice. I like to put it to the side.

  1. I made this tonight with mango habanero salsa and it was great. The hardest part of the recipe is opening the jar of salsa.
